Support services for people with mental illness and/or disabilities across the Tweed Valley.Referral,advocacy,crisis prevention,nliaison with other agencies,info,ncoordination and support.Residential Services:hostel with 24 hr staff,nsupported shared housing,respite,ATSI housing,family housing,safe and maintained nhousing.Respite available at hostel in Sth Tweed Heads.Outreach Services: clinical support,counselling,budgeting,home help,ntransport,service coordination,social support,disability education,lifeskills ntraining,housing info,community development.Rehab services:support gps,recreation activities,personal development,education, lifeskills and vocational training,employment support,nnutritional help.Open employment for people with disabilities.On Track has expanded service to assist people with disabilities to live within the community in supported accommodation settings.
