About Ozcare Community Nursing Services

Ozcare Community Nursing providesn7 days a week nursing care and assistance to the community. Our clients are diverse and our nursing care ranges from mothers with new babies, children and adolescents, through to people in the workplace and the elderly. Clients are referred to us by hospitals, health agencies, friends and family, GPs or themselves. Client contribution scheme applies. Patient pays for the cost of dressings. Home nursing services include, Immunisations, Stomal Therapy. General nursing, medication management. There is a mental health program. Provide comprehensive assessments, wound care and continence care. Post acute services and palliative care services.
