About Pain Clinic

Chronic pain clinic operates both outpatient and inpatient clinics. Outpatient appointments must be pre booked. Referrals must be from doctor or hospital. Multidisciplinary approach to pain management provided by pain specialists, nurses, also access to psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers and occupational therapists. People from all over Queensland may attend. Must have some form of Health cover (Veterans Affairs, Work cover, Traffic accident or private insurance) NOT government health care cards. Service is free to Veterans Affairs card holders. Private patients must pay for service.
