Transitional Accommodation for people with spinal cord injury or like disability. Personal care assistance must be met by, self, family or community care services ie Home Care. Assists with social & emotional adjustments to life in a wheelchair. (Must have own long term accommodation plans in place). No support outside business hours; normally linked with CRS for employment assistance or studying access to OT; Specialist Nurse; Waiting Period varies.nnFees of 25% of Income for rent & 5% of income for security deposit per week (security deposit refundable if there is no damage to property) plus the payment of utilities and phone are required.
