Support GroupsnA network of groups exists throughout the state. Meetings are attended by people with Parkinson's and their carers for social support and exchange of information. Support group leaders and members play an important part in education at the local levelnProactive Support Group: meets once a month, usually Fri, but if interested phone first. Small donation required to morning tea costs .Meets at the Narrogin Community Mental Health Building. Coordinators of support group are the Narrogin Seniors Mental Health Team: Debbie Trefort and Anna Scott.
