Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment of clients, families and carers, including: direct nursing care in home, care for the terminally ill, education and support for clients/carers to assist clients to remain at home, healthy lifestyle presentations to community groups and organisations. This service is advised as being short term only. Ambulatory care can also be arranged through this service ie. care from nurse at the hospital.
