About Penrith Community Support Team

The Community Support Team is the first direct point of contact for people eligible to access Disability Services provided by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care. Requests are received for services such as as service co-ordination and case management, assistance with mobility, communication difficulties,living skills, help with eating and drinking problems and behavioural concerns. Team members include a psychologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist, programmers ans case managers.
