About Penrith Women's Health Centre

Services are provided for women by women. Clients are not turned away if they cannot pay (fees are negotiated). Services include: Counselling, Grief Counselling, Well Womens Medical Clinic, Legal clinic, Massage, Naturopathy, Encore (after breast cancer), Yoga, Gentle Exercise, Meditation. Low cost child care for clients (while using the services in the building). Various groups (Domestic Violence Support, Breast Cancer support, Post Natal Depression, Lesbian social Group). One off workshops (e.g confidence and assertiveness, pain management, healthy relationships, body image). Also CALD counsellor/community development worker.
