About Perth Home Care Services - TOP (Time Off and Planning)

This program provides time off for family carers through a range of respite programs and opportunities to plan future family arrangements for the family. Perth Home Care Services TOP staff with work with the carer, family members and other important people to help make arrangements that will best meet the carers needs. They can also help with a range of flexible services so that carers can have time off and plan for the future and to be linked with other services. Services can be provided in the home or elsewhere. Time Off options can include: Support in the home Social support and recreational activities Holidays Respite care for the family member, provided outside of the home by specialised services Support for special time just for the carer (one off payment of $300 to be paid to the Residential Accommodation Facility for the Primary Carer.
