Community Mentoring for youth at schools. Plan-it Youth is a community mentoring program in which students are matched with a volunteer mentor from the community. All adult mentors in the program are trained through TAFE NSW. The Plan-it Youth mentoring program is a practical response to the needs of potential early school leavers. The school-based program runs for fourteen weeks.
