About Pole Depot - St. George Carers' Support Service

Provides support for carers in the St George area through a range of information sessions and programs. Get Together Group for young adults (18-35 years) with a disability meets Mondays 10.30am-1.30pm. The Former Carers Group meets on the first Thursday of the month from 10.30am-12.30pm, the Seniors Group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 10.30am-12.30pm, Alzheimer's Support Group meets the third Wednesdays of the month 10.30am-12.30pm, and the Carers of Persons with a Disability group meets on the last Wednesday of each month from 10.30am-12.30pm nThe Carers Support Group attends outings on the second Tuesday monthly, and meetings on the last Tuesday of the month from 10.30am-12.30pm. nCarers Holiday Away program is a bi-annual weekend away for carers. nIn home emergency and short term respite is available for those who are caring for a person with dementia or a disability.
