Financial subsidies towards equipment for people with disabilities. Equipment has to be for long term use. Occupational therapist at local Community Health Service or ACAT can do assessments and make applications. For nebulisers a supporting letter from treating GP required. $100 annual co-payment.nAssistance also with oxygen and concentrators (GP report with blood oxygen levels under 55 POT and SAT level of 90 necessary to obtain free concentrator). If oxygen is assessed as life sustaining - no waiting time if eligible. Application forms from Community Health Centre or GPs.
