Respite is a short break for a person with a disability and their usual carer. Respite can assist with accessing services and facilities in the community, by creating opportunity and/or the time to do so.nA Trained Worker or a Volunteer Carer provides support to the person with a disability for an agreed period of time. Arrangements are made through the Co-ordinator of the Service.nRespite can be provided in different places including the community
