Provides modification and maintenance services to assist in maintaining the safety and well being of frail older people and people with a disability including: small plumbing and electrical work such as changing light bulbs and tap washers, installing ramps and rails, clearing of gutters and downpipes for single story places, installation of locks, widening doors for wheelchair access and other maintenance work Free advice and information is provided. nFor Bathroom rails/ramps/doorways and raising chair/bed heights referral from an Occupational Therapist is needed.
