About Reconnect

Reconnect works to intervene in conflict situations to help avoid young people 12-18yo leaving home and becoming homeless. This is done through counselling, family counselling and mediation, individual case management, referrals to Centrelink, practical support for parents, information and referral, workshops and recreational outings. Workshops cover topics such as conflict resolution, anger management, parenting skills, health issues, living skills, self esteem, relationships and drug and alcohol issues.nAfter hours & weekends (M) 0438 291 067 & n0407 246 725
