Red Cross House (Cnr Lake and Grove Streets) behind Hospital, provides Medical Emergency accom for out of town people who are recieving treatment at Cairns Hospitals or Specialist treatment, and their approved escorts. nFirst Aid training, thrift shop, play scheme, cosmetic care, library -Volunteers welcome. nHire: wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, shower and toilet chairs.n24hr, 7 days for emergency medical accomodation.
