Service provision based on individual plans within individually allocated budgets developed in consultation with the young person,their families and the coordinator.nRealising Every Dream. Aim is to support, encourage and facilitate young people with disabilities to achieve their goals,realise their dreams and maximise their potential. nRange of opportunities focussing on confidence and independence,community access and participation,educational,social,leisure and vocational skills. Some activities eg art classes, sports option days open to non ATLAS funded people with disabilities for a small fee. Transition to Work Program providing vocational training and community access to school leavers. Leave phone message if office unattended.
