Credit and debt problems include problems with loan contracts; overcommitment and problems with credit cards, banks, or insurers. They provide ongoing casework services to people who can't afford a private solicitor and can't get assistance from the Legal Aid Commission of NSW who fall within the casework guidlines. They have a specialist credit and debt legal interviewing service on Thursday and Monday evenings from 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm by appointment only.
