The service provides free tenancy advice, assistance and advocacy about various tenancy issues including: starting a tenancy, bond money, rent increases, rent arrears, getting repairs done, being evicted, ending a tenancy, going to the Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal, The Department of Housing and going to the Housing Appeals Committee.
