RHCS (Perth Home Care Services Inc) nservices are mostly govt funded and are directed to specific target groups - those who are disabled and those with mental illness . Private services may also be provided. The two models of support provided by RHCS are:-n Inhome support/respite and foster care support/respite.nThere are also ATE programs. PHCS has been providing support to people with severe and persistent mental health issues since 1996, including continuing care, community support and psychosocial support. Specific services include daily living skills, personal and social interaction and support for carers. nPHCS's service delivery model is consumer driven and recovery focussed. The organisation has strong links with the community and government, including a service agreement with the WA Office of Mental Health, as well as a comprehensive referral network.The RHCS current MHS are Personal Helpers and Mentors Programs and capacity Buiding Program.
