Corowa office specialises in Palliative Care assistance through two individual programs; The Commonwealth Carer Respite (CCRC)- Palliative Carer Program - for carers of people with a life limiting illness or condition and The Riverina Division of General Practice Rural Remote Palliative Care Project. Assistance provided is determined through a comprehensive assessment and service provided may include; Nursing Care, Personal care- eg Showering/ Dressing assistance, Domestic Assistance, Respite Care, In Home support equipment eg wheelchairs, Hospital Bed, Lifters etc, or assistance with transport for medical treatments.
