Gold CoastnRespiratory Resource CentrenService aims to provide education, support and a quality service to people with chronic respiratory conditions and to improve the client's wellbeing. Promotes respiratory health and education. Eligibility: Hospital patients, self-referrral or GP referral. Can refer on to out-patient service and to Chronic Disease Management Program which includes Breathe Easy and/or Pulmonary Rehab Program. Also operates a clinic and referral service for the HEAL program which is a chronic disease management program for Heart Failure, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Breathing, Asthma, Respiratory conditions, Lungs and Lung health. Respiratory Function Testing requires GP referral.
