Respite and Recreation ClubnRespite & Recreation Program for People with Special Needs(HACC) provides respite to carers of people with a disability ages 18 - 65 years, operates Sundays and Mondays, Thursdays and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.nSome of the programs that the members are involved in are: living & Arts, Music & Movement, Gardening, Restaurant preparation and planning of community fairs. In addition to the weekly programs we also offer weekend respite, and quarterly activities on Saturday evenings. nFriday and Sunday groups for adults.nDisco first Friday of month.nMusic and Drama - Melville Stars.nChildrens program.nFri 1130-3pm Art and Living. This program is HACC funded and is targeted at younger disabled rather than just the elderly.There are various activities each evening and weekeends for the special needs group.
