Extended Day Care is for clients with high needs. Central Coast Health can arrange transport for clients to their local centre, bus has a liftstep and each bus has host/hostess on board to assist clients with mobility. The aim of the centres is to provide a social outlet for elderly people who because of their frailty or disability feel unable to participate in the usual social and leisure activities. Red Cross Cosmetic Carers (listed separately) visit each Centre regularly.
