Yearly home safety check available for Veterans (no referral needed). HACC services: Social Support and Shopping (client assisted). Centre based day care/social club on Mondays - pick up may be arranged dependent on cicumstance and area. Provider of CACPs and Short Term Options Package (STOP). Volunteer programme for social support.
