Provides in-home care and support services that are designed to meet each clients social, health and lifestyle needs. Offers personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, meal preparation, home-based respite, home visitinig and social support to eligible veterans through Veterans HomeCare. Services also available to other members of the community on a fee for service basis via the 1300 number. Referrals can be made from other agencies, from a GP or family or any community group. Homecare is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week, excluding public holidays. Services can be used for short-term care or as an on-going care option.
