Community Aged Care Packages are planned and coordinated services to help older people remain at home, rather than going into low level (hostel) care. Typical services include work around the house, personal care, meal preparation, transport, socialisation, lawn mowing, garden maintenance, bill paying, shopping, medicine monitoring and organisation of social activities. Note that for recipients of the pension, a client contribution will be charged for a CACP service which is 17.5% of the basic pension rate. Packages are available for residents of these retirement villages.nWe are also Veteran's Home Care Providers for the entire Northern Sydney region, covering Domestic Care, Respite, Personal Care and Home and Garden Maintenance.
