About Sacred Heart Hospice

Provides palliative care service to people living with life threatening illness who are no longer responding to curative treatment. Services include assistance to people as inpatients and in their own homes. Also provides nursing care, medical care, physiotherapy, occupational health, social work, pastoral care, bereavement support and counselling, pharmacy and education.
