Salvation Army Community Services Centres offers practical support for individuals and families in financial crisis and is provided through centres at Gosford, Long Jetty, Gorokan and Umina (listed separately) Assistance may include food vouchers/parcels, clothing and assistance with bills and other expenses through an assessment process. Assistance is by appointment only. Additional services include a Counselling Service on Mondays by appt only - Tel (02) 9743 2831 and a Womens' Crisis Worker Tues, Wed & Thurs Tel 4325 5624.
