Information and referral to empower individuals to make informed decisions. Services available from the centre includ - Emergency Relief, JPET, Coalfields, Healthy Heartbeat, Tax Help, Click & Squiz internet cafe, neighbourhood, Tool Library, Financial Counselling, Cessnock Community Drug Action Team, Family Drug Support, Hunter Perthes Disese Support Network, Aust Hearing Serv, Pacific Link, Two Bishops Trust. The centre runs a number of information sessions and workshops e.g. preparing for your Ls, Law Talks, etc.
