About Seasons for Growth - Central Coast

Seasons for Growth is a peer support program for children & adults who have experienced change in their family because of death, separation, divorce, moving, and new family situations etc. The aim of the program is to provide children between 6-18 years & adults with the opportunity to explore how change and loss have impacted on their lives and to learn how to develop coping strategies. The program is divided up into the Four Seasons as follows - Autumn to learn to accept the loss - Winter claiming and owning the loss - Spring understanding and managing the feelings - Summer focuses on goal setting and moving on.
