About SECC - Brighton Day Centre

The Brighton Day Centre operates every Thursday from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm in the Old Council Chambers at Pontville to provide Respite for Carers and socialisation for frail, aged and younger persons with a disability. nOptional activities are varied each week and include craft, cards, bingo, music and excursions when appropriate. Morning tea, a hot lunch and afternoon tea are provided, with clients paying a small fee towards the cost of the food. Community Transport is available at a small fee, if required.nNew clients are very welcome. They can self refer, or be referred by a carer, family member, doctor or nurse.
