SHARE offer a wide range of fun and low cost exercise classes designed for men and women 50 years and over. Programs include: LIGHT & LOW - light aerobics using hand weights and stretch bands for moderate exercise. AQUA FITNESS - gentle water based classes excellent for post physio/rehab and arthritis sufferers. STRETCH & RELAX - strengthens muscles & develops suppleness. FITTER & STRONGER - light aerobics and exercises improve balance, strength and flexibility. Great for osteoporosis. TAI CHI - increases vitality, strength, balance, concentration & relaxation. Great for joint stiffness and falls prevention. SELF DEVELOPMENT CLASSES on request only.n Ring for times and venues.
