About Shoalhaven Community Housing Scheme

Affordable housing for people over 18, on low to moderate incomes, who need housing and can live independently. nApplicants must be eligible to register with Housing NSW. Need is assessed on income, health, current housing conditions, length of time registered and any other details that may affect applicants quality of life. As far as possible, people are allocated a property that is most suited to their needs. nRent is calculated at approx 25% of total income. nLong or medium term housing, and accommodation with support services may be offered if appropriate.
