Mental health services - community based care for significant mental health problems and disorders. nAcute care, rehabilitation, residential services. 24 hour on call, 7 days per week. After hours paging via Emergency Department, Shoalhaven Hospital. Mental illness includes schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression.nProvides assessment, treatment, follow up and support.nComprehensive community care to people with mental health problems in order to promote optimal mental health.nDual diagnosis cases are accepted.nMost service is provided in the clients community (at a local centre) or in their home.nAlso provide an Aboriginal Mental Health Worker.
