About Shoalhaven Community Options (SCOPS)

COPS provides case management to Frail Aged, people with disabilities and their carers with complex care needs.nServices include case management, personal care, domestic assistance, respite care, transport (not as a separate service), meal preparation.nSupport and service provision is very flexible and can be modified to best suit the client's changing needs if required.nProvides emergency respite in times of crisis and unforeseen circumstances. Clients must have a carer to be eligible for this service (see separate entry for emergency respite).
