About Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital - The Ambulatory Care Team (TACT)

Nursing service for people at home when they may otherwise be admitted to hospital, or to facilitate early discharge from hospital. Service is provided 7 days per week. Patients/clients will be referred to TACT by their local doctor. TACT work closely with your doctor, carers, community health nurses, and other community based services as required.nAssists to administer intravenous antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy and wound care.
