About Skills Training and Resource Service (STARS)

STARS is a HACC funded program which aids in the recruitment, training and referral of volunteers to provide services assisting frail older people, people with disabilities and their carers. Also receive funding from Canterbury City Council and Leichhardt Municipal Council so able to assist non-HACC services in these areas and refer volunteers. Staff training also available.
