Voluntary support group offering assistance and support to persons living with sleep disorders, and their families. The group offers support by phone and mail, giving non-medical advice about sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, how it is diagnosed, how it is treated, and the phone numbers of Sleep Units in their area. Meetings and seminars are also held on a regular basis.
