About Sleep Solutions

Sleep Solutions provides short-term intervention for sleeping problems, shiftwork maladaptation and other body clock disturbances. They believe strongly in individual differences and a program is developed to suit the individual's specific needs. Most clients only require one appointment to empower them to self-manage their sleep and/or body clock, eliminating the need for on-going treatment. Private health fund rebates apply with extras or ancillary cover and is a recognised WorkCover, TAC and Veterans' Affairs provider.
