Early stage dementia - diagnosis not necessary - evidence of memory loss or other cognitive impairment. Provide Medication monitoring, assist with shopping, other prompting such as meals and Hygiene (liited personal care may be available). Assessment and referral if needs exceed our service criteria of max 5 hours paid worker assistance. Endevour to supplement and support existing network of family and friends.
