About South West Community Transport

Provides transport for the frail aged and those with disabilities when the use of public transport is unsuitable. Individual or group transport to doctors/medical/ hospital appointments, podiatry, physiotherapy, day care, shopping centres, group and individual social outings and other community activities. They provide fortnightly shopping trips, for 3 hours at a time. They also have monthly group social outings at various venues (eg clubs, restaurants etc). Bookings are required in advance. The price of the trip increases depending on distance travelled to a maximum of $37.
