Provides free information, advice and advocacy to private or public tenants and to people whose principal place of residence is in a residential park. Advisers are available in Albury, Orange, Queanbeyan, Wagga Wagga and Bathurst. Outreach services are provided to many small communities. They support tenants with issues including: getting repairs done, rent arrears and increases, bond claims, access to property by landlord or agent, ending a tenancy, disputes with landlords, issues with the Dept of Housing and preparing and attending the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal.
