South West Sydney Cancer Services have cancer care coordination teams that can offer information, advocacy, case management, support groups,and general care coordination of services for patients with the following types of cancer:- Genitourinary cancers, Prostate, Kidney, Bladder, Testis, Penis. Gynaecological cancers (cervix, ovary and others), Breast, Haematological cancer, Colorectal and Lung cancers. Single point of contact for cancer patients between their service providers to assist them throughout the cancer journey, including during treatment, referral to psychologist, social support, support groups and palliative care services.
