About Southcare

Southcare is a 'one stop shop' for provision of quality services and care to older people and people with a disability who are residents of the Sutherland shire. It is a multi service outlet whose mission is to enhance independence, quality of life and to optimise health and wellbeing. Southcare services include an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), Community Nursing (nursing, rehabilitation, physio and continence therapies), Community Podiatry, Caring Centres, Dementia Home Monitoring, Community Options (COPS), and Respite Care.
