For clients who have a mental ilness, our 'Maintain Your mental health Service', available in northern and southern suburbs, will support you as you settle into home life and re-engage with the community. This service is developed around your specific needs. GP or mental health professional referral. The services provided are: Social and community inviolvement and interaction, Home Skills personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, daily life skills - budgetting, planning, using public transport.
