About Southern Cross Community Care - Randwick Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, domestic assistance, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. Southern Cross Community Care provides 30 packages in the Randwick and Botany area.
