The court consists of 4 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom self-care units. 25% of the units are set aside for those with little or no means. Those people need not make any contribution. The remaining units are allocated on an individual basis with entry contributions from as little as $50,000. Maximum amount retained is $15,270 over 5 years. Fortnightly maintenance fees also apply. Ageing in place with priority given to residents needing to move to hostel level care which would be Nagle Apartments Sutherland.
