About Southern Youth and Family Services - Links to Learning

This program provides assistance to young people aged 15 to 23 years who are unemployed and/or education and are homeless or at risk of homelessness.nThe aims of the program are to assist young people to overcome barriers to participation in education and training and to facilitate access to formal learning where appropriate.nThe service provides:n- referral and informationn- interviewing and assessmentn- education and training workshopsn- groupworkn- individual support workn- advocacynFunded by Dept of Education and Training.
