About St George Mental Health Rehabilitation Service

Service provides intensive and individual service working with adult consumers in their home and community setting. Particular attention is placed upon a consumer's goals, their current strengths, & learning skills so they can carry out daily tasks such as self care, leisure and vocational activities. The Service also has a Community Development component working with the community, consumers and volunteers to create & maintain joint initiatives for social, sport and training options and to foster community agency understanding of the needs of people who experience mental illness. Staff are located in Hurstville and Rockdale Mental Health Centres.
